1. About Mirroir

Mirroir ("we", "our", "the Service") is an AI-powered personal styling web application available at mirroir.style. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service Does

Mirroir analyses a photo you upload and provides style recommendations, outfit suggestions and AI-generated virtual try-on images. All outputs are automated suggestions for inspiration only — they are not professional, medical or body-related advice, and we do not guarantee accuracy, fit or availability of any product shown.

3. Your Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You may only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have full rights and consent to use. Uploading photos of other people without their consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans (Basic, Pro) are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. The Extra Pack is a one-time purchase. Prices may change with prior notice. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy or resell the Service; interfere with or overload the Service; or circumvent usage limits.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, logos, prompts, text and functionality of Mirroir are the exclusive property of Mirroir and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. AI-generated try-on images are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service links to external retailers via Google Shopping. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, availability or policies of third-party sites. Purchases made on external sites are solely between you and that retailer.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirroir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
