Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions (Basic & Pro)
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.
2. Extra Pack (One-Time Purchase)
Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, provided the credits have not been used. If you have not used any Extra Pack credits, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Once credits are partially or fully used, the purchase is non-refundable.
3. Technical Issues
If a paid feature fails due to a technical fault on our side (e.g. a try-on that was charged but never delivered), contact us — we will restore the credit or refund the affected amount.
4. How to Request a Refund
Use the contact form with the subject "Refund" and include the email used at checkout. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
