Mirroir ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect

Photos: The photo you upload is used solely to generate your style analysis and virtual try-on images. Photos are processed in real time and are not permanently stored on our servers.

Email address: Collected only if you subscribe to a paid plan or contact us — used for subscription management and support.

Usage data: Anonymous usage counts (e.g. number of analyses) tied to your email or IP, used for enforcing plan limits.

3. How Your Data Is Processed

Photo analysis and image generation are performed by AI models via OpenRouter (openrouter.ai). Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Hosting is provided by Vercel; usage counters are stored with Upstash. These providers process data on our behalf under their own GDPR-compliant terms.

4. What We Do NOT Do

We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos to train AI models. We do not share your photos with advertisers or any third party beyond the processing described above.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage required for the Service to function (e.g. keeping your session). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

Photos: processed in real time, not retained. Subscription email: kept while your subscription is active. Usage counters: automatically expire within ~30 days.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any right, contact us via the contact form — we respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
